Whenever I drop in to KIN+ILK I always experience something positive. For me it’s all about meeting new people, making new friends, having genuinely interesting conversations over coffee, a bite to eat and the odd glass of wine.
What makes me feel I’m part of this ILK are the likeminded people who seem to gravitate to KIN+ILK. Maybe, like me, they appreciate the highly considered Scandinavian interiors that don’t impose a text-book coffee shop theme on you, instead they quietly influence your sense of being somewhere special and interesting.
I conduct a regular consultant in a coffee shop marketing workshops at Capital Quarter, the perfect place to meet, talk and be creative, here's my blog about it.
Spending time in KIN+ILK allows me to be at my creative best, and I’ve enjoyed many highly productive meetings, as well as plenty of fun and laughter with likeminded people who I feel are of my ILK.
Ultimately this fits perfectly with my own personal mantra of: “Beauty, charm and grace” the three words I use to guide me on a daily basis. As a former cynic, I understand not everyone is open to this way of thinking, however what I do know is that for me it delivers the most positive experiences on both a personal and professional level, and from the ILK I come across at KIN+ILK I know I’m not alone.
So being in the ILK is like being a member of a really inclusive club that welcomes smart, caring, friendly, considerate people - and that feels real good.
