Boss & Brew Academy is making a significant impact in Cardiff and Swansea as a social enterprise dedicated to addressing unemployment through coffee culture. Since its establishment in 2021, Boss & Brew has empowered nearly 100 individuals across the southern arc of Cardiff by offering barista training courses alongside employability support. Boss & Brew has recently introduced the 'BOSS & BREW COFFEE CLUB' membership, designed to bring their barista graduates closer to the specialty coffee industry in Cardiff and beyond which means gaining access to exclusive discounts and offers at coffee shops across the city.
